Estimated Shipping Information for

Tracking is assigned when the order is processed, it does not ship the same day. The approximate handling time for an order is one (1) business day, which does not include weekends or holidays. This means whenever an order is placed we have 1 business day to confirm shipping on the order (the day the order is placed on counts as Day [0]). The order is then expected to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after that. Please be advised, some logo’d, tall and larger sized items may take longer than the estimated delivery times. All of our logo’d items are printed custom, hand ironed and packaged and we make sure all of our items are perfect before they ship.

Donna, JoesUSA/Koloa Surf Co/JoesSocks/DriEquip, (a JoesUSA company), offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

You may return all unopened items purchased from within 30 days of the original delivery date, no later.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will issue your credit within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned product must be in original packaging in new, unopened condition.

  1. Pack the item in the original packaging, if possible. Please include your completed Merchandise Return Form; an incomplete form will delay the return process.
  2. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  3. Fill out the form below to print out your return shipping label. Please attach this label to the front of your package. To ensure timely processing of your return please clearly write your Order # on the outside of the box.
  4. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.
  5. We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged, excluding all applicable shipping charges, upon receiving the item. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Most items sold on follow our general returns policies, but some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

We Ship Most items the same or next day.

Shipment Time is the amount of time it takes to process and ship the items you have ordered. Some items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take additional time to process. We stock most of the items in our warehouse.
